Ginger is soothing to the stomach and is well lauded for lessening bouts of nausea and aches. We included dandelion root, which is known to be a liver tonic. Fennel adds a sweet licorice flavor and helps feel less bloated. Mint adds a touch of freshness and helps relax the body. Chamomile and lemon peel help balance the taste adding sweet and floral notes and also have a soothing effect on the digestive system. Tea infuser sold separately.
